Under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, the Dubai Land Department is part of the Dubai Executive Council and provides a range of real estate services including transactions, documentation, records, sales, transfers and ownership. Outrank was tasked with creating informational animated videos, an annual review and logo for the real estate entity before Cityscape. This was to present DLD to a global audience of real estate developers, engineers, architects, city authorities and investment specialists.
